I have been receiving the best services for my mom. Doctors are excellent and support staffs are superbly helpful. Got the quickest response every time for any query and also for mediclaim services. Food quality is very good. Received blood at the earliest even during this pandemic when it's in crisis. Very well equipped and nice environment. It’s a scam of pulling off money from middle class people for the sake of so called title ‘Hospital’ They never mentioned for the need of an oxygen cylinder after my dad’s discharge, But suddenly when he got discharged, We realised without the oxygen cylinder’s access he won’t survive so they know how to play with a person’s life…And lastly when you enter the hospital, on your left you’ll find a lady at the corporate desk as mentioned in my given picture…She deals with all the mediclaim related quarries unfortunately which is absolutely a waste of time as her attitude seems like she owns the hospital which I doubt she can ever do lol but she won’t even bother to help or listen to you which actually shows a sign of an illiterate plus her worthless nature is intolerable so please never visit this hospital which is awfully challenged.
I have admitted my wife twice in 2 different occasion in a very critical stage.She recovered completely from a dying condition.The behaviour of nurses and staff were very good, polite. You should not compare the service of this hospital with Apollo hospital.Here the charges are one fifth of that of Apollo hospital.Reasonable charges, good staff and doctors are the plus point of this hospital.
