I have been there for monthly injections for a vitamin deficiency and I'm satisfied with the hygiene, speed and quality of services. I'd like to specially mention Nurse Salami in the first floor nurse station who has been my nurse for the past few months and made my procedures almost painless. She has added the extra personal touch of adding her art work to the room to make people comfortable and always gives me a heads up before the injection and checks how I feel. In a big hospital, I'm grateful that she pays attention to a small injection for me and makes the procedure personal and less scary. I'd recommend asking for her if you need a nurse for anything at Aster
My wife had vaccination in Aster yesterday on 04/06/21.I am not exaggerating, but It took just 10 minutes to finish the whole process. Slots of 350 people were managed exceptionally well to such an extent that you won’t see any crowd there. Lobby was well spacious, token, billing and vaccination were done without any hitch. Best thing, they conducted everything in the ground floor made it really convenient. Kudos to the Hospital Management. Many other top brands should take a leaf out of Aster.

We are extremely happy and very satisfied with RV Aster. The personal care and individual attention given by the department coordinators shows their dedication and commitment to the care, something that is very difficult to find these days despite being the basic factor in hospitality. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The food was healthy and personally recommended by the dietician. Aster is a definite recommendation for all those who want to get medical attention. 5 stars for their personal care, excellent hospitality and wonderful service.
