It’s a painful process to deal with them..the reports don’t come on it & a lot of follow up required for basic test too. Never want to go there again
TAT is extraordinarily long. Unless you follow-up, results don't reach in time.
Don't go there I always went to MSR Metropolis for lab tests my whole life. Did same today, i.e., 28/06/2021. And that's the end of it. No more Metropolis visits anywhere in this world. I will also track my whole life that they don't change name or open some branches with other names and I land up in one of them. Need to be very cautions with these people. So, what happened is the next question. Here it go: They have no concept of Sanitization & Disinfection in time of COVID. No concept. I was astonished. Luckily I was in double mask. I went for some routine blood tests. Paid ~ INR 2200/-. Now turn for sample collection. Two people were there. A mid aged lady and a young boy. Both were very nervous. But I remain calmed and thought they just have to take a blood sample and that should be in blood of Metropolis. I asked lady to take blood when my turn was there. She said no and asked me to wait. Then I realized she is actually not taking any samples and only boy is taking samples and she just goes when boy is puzzled and calls her. Before me, they took two sample like this. My turn, boy came after collecting last sample and didn't Sanitizatied his hands. He was warning gloves and rest didn't matter to him. Looks like they never heard the word called transmission. Started taking sample from my left hand. Done. And now second sample and he was struggling. He barely got any blood in it. I asked if this is enough he said yes. Now third sample, inserted blood collection tube in syringe and nothing came out. I am not anemic. It happens sometime when you don't hit the nerve correctly. But then he started moving syringe up and down to start the flow and when nothing happened and he started pressing my arm firmly. I got worried as it started paining my hand. I asked him to stop. He didn't and I asked again. And this time he stopped. And started opening up the pressure band with syringe still in my arm but was struggling there too. I got worried. Syringe could have broken as he was very hard on it. Finally he was able to do it. Then started taking sample from right hand and removed the old empty blood tube and instead of throwing it in dustbin he put it in the lot under his table and used a new tube from there itself. He should have thrown it. It may corrupt someones samples even though it can't be used again. if it can be used again, god save people. Untrained people. How they can be on such a sensitive job? And then I needed containers for some sample collection at home. And they didn't know how many containers they should give to me. Clearly they don't know how their lab works and collect samples. And to me, it looked like it was not their lab and they just landed there to do a job. No passion for excellence. Putting patient life at risk. Any thing can happen. Complained to manager at reception and she gave me a feedback form to fill. As she is a corporate manager, I am sure she knows what kind of people she is working with today. It is a crime. If you don't have a trained staff for a day or to, just close the lab for a day or two, Don't risk lives. Maintain your integrity as you say on paper. But it is over. Whatever report comes of my samples, I am going to throw it in dustbin. They failed in first place. Don't know what kind of people are doing testing. I stayed there for close to 1 hour and no one did any Sanitization. If you can, must avoid this place. You may get sick.
Am satisfied with blood reports n other tests except this covid test. They assured for reports in 48hrs. Its been 72hrs still my results r not given. Plus no response for the calls. Am really dissatisfied. If i did covid test through bbmp for free i would have got the results one day before itself. I want my 1600rs money back from 2samples. You ppl r irresponsible.
They never give the reports on time! They didn't answer my calls intentionally knowing that I needed the reports on time. Avoid at all costs!
