The overall experience at kangaroo for the delivery of our twins was good and we are happy with the services provided in general. Room sizes can be explained better to expectant parents in advance to have a clearer picture. Night nursing services can be improved too so that the entire kangaroo experience can be even better. All staffs and technology wise very good. And cost wise also very less compering other hospitals. Nursing staff and doctors here is very good. The hospital is very very clean and hygienic. My self recommended to all category people to come here and take safe baby safe to home.
The experience at Kangaroo Care Hospital was a pleasant one for both the mother and new born baby. Right from the time we entered the hospital and through all the process, all the staff were courteous, well educated and took care of the mother with great patience and dedication. Both mother and child had a pleasant time at the hospital. The baby was in the NICU, and the nursing team took excellent care of him. The doctors and staff gave the mother sound advice on how to care for the baby after discharge. Overall, it was a pleasant experience
The medical expertise and facilities are quite good at this place and could probably justify the the exorbitant amounts charged for the service. However, the admin/billing department leaves a lot to be desired! Every invoice to the patients has unusually high figures charged for "Documentation & processing charges" and "Administrative charges". But I have no idea what is given to the patient for those amounts charged! The billing/accounts department is an absolute pain to deal with. The bills & discharge summaries are not given on time, we are told we have to collect it "the next day" or so. It becomes so difficult to procure it afterwards and the response over phone is very rude and unprofessional. Dealing with them tainted the whole experience for us actually!
