Appreciate the hardwork put by reception team, But 0 rating for Management of Medanta for 1) Having only 2 employees to handle all Appointment, Billing, Reports process for 100s of patients. Meaning you have to wait for at least 30 mins first to do anything. 2) No Online system to book appointment/Pay bill leading to poor customer experience. Doctors are good.
