Hospitality and nursing staffs are good. Doctors depends upon your consultation. I was admitted to operate here. For cashless insurance coverage at the time of discharge they took 8 hours to process it. I have informed a day before only. they wait for discharge summary for concern doctor. So 1 star for delaying time
Service was very good....I got all kind of services and treatment including lab tests at one roof....Good service from Hospital...Can refer for others....🙂

Excellent doctors and staff, saw Dr Kavya, I'm very pleased with her experience, responsive and explained thoroughly on my complicated condition also she answered all my questions. Staff behavior is also very good . Private hospitals charges are bit high but good hygienic waiting hall n wards.
One of the best hospital in Bangalore, staffs are very good, they communication with patients or public is too good, everything is systematically well designed hospital, yesterday I went for regular health check up through my department, I felt I came to best and good caring hospital in Bangalore, after check up I met consultant doctor, mam is from kolkata she talked with me Kannada language very fluently, doctor mam is so sweet, doctor is too good in talking and explaining to patients, but I don't know her name, thank you for your service, thank you for all staff of suguna hospital, god bless you all
