Your security staff behavior is so bad, to much attitude, no softness sorry.. but this is true.. please brief your staff properly. And also Dr not come on proper time as mentioned in file and they take fees and not give us proper information and waste our time.
All staff are Supported veey neat N clean. Medical service Fecilites Superb. My First choice is GCA all time
Cashless service is worst.TPA staff is not responding for further procedure for cashless since last three days.whether my family has health insurance still my patient is admitted in General ward due to lack of service and guidance.relatives only has responsibility to make proper documentation for cashless, hospital staff doesn't bother to guide atleast..poor TPA management.in previous,one of relative admitted under cashless service,still I didn't get refund from hospital till date and no-one take follow up .Gcs has best doctors team,but due to worst other services there is less patients.kindly work on other services.
