Distt hospital Kishtwar lack basic amenities. We don't even have one ventilator here. It's so unfortunate. Administration has always thought of its own benifits instead of its people.
Unhygenic and Unclean ... Bathrooms / Washrooms too much dirty and Staff is Very Rude
