Doctors are good in this hospital. But the service of this hospital is worst, the staffs are all lack of knowledge, there is no co-ordination between the staffs or the department. If you are a policy holder then you need to be careful about the charges they are putting. They will put the charges like doctors visit, even if the dr didn't visited the patient, and rest you can't even track. Huge lack of time management, the in duty staffs including reception, nursing, attendant need counseling first that how to attend, when to attend and what to act. Good that there is a good hospital in the vicinity, but the service has to be improved for sure. Comment after response: Well, glad to know that JP is a "NABH Acredited hospita", I think that is the reason JP has developed a new invisible Dr. Technology, where the Doctor are coming to the patient's room, check them, talk to them, suggest them and go. And the strange part is neither the patient or the patient's attendant are able to see the Dr or talk. Fab technology, yeh technology Rourukela ke bahar nehi jani chahiye.

Advice 1 - Never go here Advice 2- remember advice 1 Money oriented, the whole time. Everyone from doctor to staff to management, everyone is focused only on extracting the most amount of money from patients. Classic demand and supply case. They scare you into thinking your health is worse than it is ( demand- your health) and then nudge you towards paying the most amount you can ( supply- their treatment). They would invent an illness if nothing is there, and every second they were trying to nudge me towards the costlier option ( operation, in my case), and pulling away from the simpler option- medicines. Your health is secondary to them, their money comes first. 50 rupees for registration. Think about it, 50 rupees for every patient that enters those doors, what the hell is that all about? A doctor should be able to simplify the situation, this doctor made me even more confused. The whole time he was talking to his junior doctor instead of talking to me, his patient. And even when I was asking questions, the reply was not clear. Egotistic, arrogant, money minded, unethical, apathetic; complete opposite of what hospitality sector means. Hospitality is not in the buildings and clean corridors, it's in the heart of the service providers. Here it feels like you are just a cow for them to milk to their absolute best. I don't know if you'll be cured here, but you'll surely get better treatment at other places. Afterall, even 1 is more than 0. Thank you and God bless.

Whole world is taking 650/- for RTPCR. Why do you take 1400/-, which is too high. Above that you have express service like tirupati temple, 2000/- is for emergency test. Doesn't it look business then human service. Please reconsider.
