Can someone pls provide the contact details of this place? I got vaccinated from here on 18th May and my vaccination status is still showing ‘not vaccinated’. Also, i dint get any message about successful vaccination. Pls provide me their contact details.

Its primary health centre. Gone there for covid vaccination. This Centre was offering covaxin which was not available at Panipat. Staff was very cooperative.
