Though the infrastructure is good to some extent. Doctors are well qualified. But no timing of doctors., they are on their will. Much more costlier. Management should think about it. Each patient is not engaged with Govt. service of reimbursement facilities. there are so many who went there for treatment with their hard earned money.
I visited Dr. Kumud Bala Gupta twice in Tenzin hospital, Though I have heard some good reviews from friends and relatives about her, my experience was not good due to following reasons: 1. Waiting time was more than 2 hours. 2. NO on Call appointment system, with the consultation and checkup fees the hospital is charging, one could definitely expect basic facilities like on call appointments. 3. After waiting for 2 hours, time i got with Doctor was less than 2 minutes, I had too many questions but she was in a hurry . 4. Same happened during my follow up visit, I went early this time as I wanted some more time to discuss my questions with her, but 2 minutes is all I got. 5. Tenzin hospital is an hour distance away from my home, after getting my tests done I had to go back to hospital to collect reports, no provision of sending reports on emails or watsapp..A big drawback for any private hospital!.
This is the worst . Hospital in shimla only they are good at is making quick money. Doctors are not concerned about the patients they only want to cheat patients by writing tests and ultra sound . Most of the doctors are retired and show no interest in patients suffering I would request everyone not to go to this shop . You will loose your hard earned money with getting proper treatment.
About 20 days ago, I moved from my city Hisar (Haryana) to Shimla.I had a bike accident 3 months ago in which my right arm and right leg were broken.After that i lost my hope but When I was shown in this hospital, I went on a wheel chair and now I am standing on my feet after getting physiotherapy from here. 𝘿𝙧. 𝙧𝙖𝙟𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙖 (𝙥𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙨𝙩) he gave me good treatment, due to which I am standing on my feet today, thanks to Tenzin hospital and their staff.
Good Staff. Good hygiene maintained but too cold inside....
