Worst emergency service ever! Yesterday I was having extreme stomachache along with vomiting. Went to the emergency room, there were only 6-7 beds for the patients in case of emergency. Even though i was literally dying from the stomachache and repeatedly begging them to help me they refused to treat me because bed was not available. Didn't even provide me with basic treatments to ease my pain. Then I rushed to sambalpur which is around 50kms away to get any kind of treatment. To my surprise such a big and well known hospital (Vikash) has only 6-7 beds for emergency services. Even if the patient dies they don't care about it. There is a reason it's called "emergency".
I had an experience of admiting a child of one month. It was a nice experience, having well experienced doctors and staff. Highly equipped with modern machinary. One more important thing of concern as a middle class family, treatment is a bit costly.
Vikash might have some good infrastucture but in terms of medical service, facility and professinalism it's worst. it's no better than any remote Village PHC. I have been trying to get an confirmation on an appointment for last 5 days but I am told that they can confirm afte 6.30 PM previous day. In any professional organization, things are planned so that the patients can plan wel in advance. In Western odisha specifically in Bargarh, in absence of superspeciality health care providers, Vikash hospital claims to be a world class centre but I did not find an iota of professionalism and service. Just a good building doesn't make the institution great.
Don't know how to thank , but m glad that i received warm experience from this hospital..the services that i received from vikash(hospital) was wonderful.. Nd special thanks to Dr. Sushil kara coz of him now m able to see this nature nd all surroundings of me... He is one of the best doc ever.. Once again many many thanks to u sir🙏🙏.. Please keep ur service like this always..
