A class hotel within a large area including restautant,garden .
Beautiful boutique property spread in vast area with a large garden space both in front and back. Rooms are spacious and nice, but not updated as per time. Food is good and service amicable. But if you want to roam around the city, it's a bit far off the city center. I liked the property and loved the royal feel inside, but with this price point you have many other options with better location.
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Good part - this is beautiful and big property with large garden on both sides. You can see horses, peacocks roaming in these gardens. Gives heritage feeling and well maintained landscape. Although it is very good and big property but the room conditions were pathetic. Exhaust fans / ventilation was really poor and it was a smelly feeling. After complaining next day we got different rooms but this time a bit better. The reception area is big but the sofas in lounge area was in very poor condition. It seems to us that they are spending more on landscape rather than balancing with in internal amenities. The staffs are not very trained and if we ask anything to them you will a simple reply that we will get back to after asking to supervisor. Food: food taste is average but also heard some rumours that some folks had food poisoning after eating hotel food. We took our chances and luckily we all are well :).
Loved it, the magnificent entrance to the luxurious rooms. The sumptuous buffet on offer to the swimming pool and horse riding. Everything about the hotel is regal. Had a fantastic stay. There was live music for dinner from local artists. Recommended !!
Pathetic and deteriorated situation. Visited with six room booking and the cleanliness and the maintenance of rooms is in pathetic condition. Dirty sofa and chairs, fridge not working, bathroom exhausts not in working condition. Multiple calls for towels unattended. Not one or two problem, not in one or two rooms...All pathetic. I generally accommodate minor issues, but this is so unpleasant that regretting choosing this based on past reviews. Past might have been good but the present is NOT bearable. PS: It is NOT Ummed Hotel you normally read and hear about. Check again on this point, if you're looking for Ummed Jodhpur.
