Staff to be careful about billing/indenting items to the patient. BIG amount of bill arrives at the time of discharge. So, ask the breakdown details of the bill. Shock to find out medicines and items overcharged which the patient didn't consumed. when question, the staff says we don't know ask the billing department and management...billing department are saying they charged according to what staff had entered. Blaming each other..No action has been taken. Staff are rude. No customer care to handle such complaints..Do not want to waste time and paid the bill and left..but this is totally unacceptable. If it were in developed place definitely they will be in trouble if I sue the hospital . Looting patient.

The doctors are never on time. The patients have to wait for around 2 hours for Doctor's arrival. Moreover, during the pandemic, they charge 600 INR per visit which is a lot comparison to the hospital in and around Imphal. The doctor need to fix their timing for the patient or else there will be a lot of disturbance due to this negligence in future. There hospital bill are also high compare to others. The government authority needs to keep an eye on this. On the contrary, there is no room for complain.
