Unlike all the other reviews about this hospital, I haven't seen any helper or nurses begging for money when I visited personally. But I do find the front staffs at the reception are not so customer friendly as if they had a bad day. Otherwise, the hospital isn't that bad at all except the pharmacy staff with bad customer etiquette. The place could be managed a little more better for hygiene, quality and customer centric services.
Very dissapointed with the girl preparing the bill for discharge. She is taking forever for that one job. I find it very unprofessional and inefficient. The nurses are friendly and cooperative but this one lady just destroyed the respect I had for the hospital.
Unhygienic nurse,stupid receptionist both the counters..untrained nurse with no knowledge of injection.....ct scan a failure with 24x7 board........please tell the public that this hospital is all bout business not to save lives......wake up all ye useless specialist doctors .....are you after money. doctor profession is not a money making machine or practice.....have a self a respect .......till next time
Pathetic hospital. Very rude receptionist, Helper charges are extra by asking money like beggar. If I ever knew the service will be like this Govt facility provide much better service. Never ever waste your money here...
Horrible Experience! First and Last.(Went for Gaine) 1. Price is above average. 2. Helper were asking money like beggar. 3. My appointment was @ 1:00 PM and done @ 6:00 PM. 4. Customer service is pathetic. Better to visit Govt. Hospital instead of wasting your money here. Actually went there expecting atleast better service from Govt facility however turns out to be worst...
