Jewelry shop located at School bazar, collections are huge....
I'm giving one star to this branch just because of there worst stuff behaviour.I am a regular customer of P.C Chandra at kolkata.There service and stuffs were a important fact that attracts me to visit there again and again. But yesterday,at Midnapore school bazar branch, it was my first worst experience ever!! A young lady stuff was so rude to us without any reason! If I want to buy a pair of earrings, how can I buy it without giving a trial??!she said it's so crowded ,so we can't try it...also she was not so welcoming and helping. Her behaviour was like we were taking everything at free of cost!!! If you can't manage your mood at a crowded day of your showroom, then why are you taking a job of sales girl??Dhanteras offers are going on,and it is obvious that showrooms will be over crowded. You have to be prepared for that!! I usually go at dhanteras time,I have not experienced this kind of worst stuff at other branches! First of all this branch has worst sales stuff and also don't have lots of variety to choose.you have to choose from just 1 or 2 designs.Bad experience ever!Although bought my jewellery as there was no other option,but not so happy with my purchase like usually I was for last few years.
