Khairabad is located in Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh state of India. This municipality Allama Fazle-Haq Khairabadi was an Indian scholar, philosopher, logician and poet of Arabic. He was a close friend of Ghalib. He was punished by the British for black water in leading the freedom struggle of 1857. He is known for his death in Andaman itself. This town is famous from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, the town also has an Imambada which has its own historical aura.
