M very pained and dissatisfied with the service I got yesterday night my father a retired army nursing assistant took one of my nephew bcoz of low blood pressure and dehydration Symptoms along with pain in lower back and fever. But the on duty nurse just ignored everything and said at this age( patient age 24) everyone one has low blood pressure ( my father checked the pressure which was 100/50), which is considerably low. The on duty doctor was also mum on the whole situation. Patient health detroited so much at that night that we have to arrange saline through intravenous for the patient from private clinic. Is this the way to get treated in health departments. I know no one will notice this and will avoid the whole matter. But yes if we are going to ignore this, sooner or later u will also be facing same fate.

Worst vaccination center and I don't want to tell about the asha karmi they just take their salaries and thats all. The vaccination center is now under control of local MLA and TMC karyakartas and Dallals. If u have a chain in TMC then u can get vaccine or look for a dallal. No online appointment available and no come and serve option is available for people like me...

Good enough as per the services they provide. Lots of service they can’t provide due to lack of specialist staffs. They maintain cleanliness, also in this PHC attached with a diagnostic laboratory. 24X7 ambulance available here specially for expected women’s. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible entrance here’s, also environment is good for patients.
