If there options would zero star i would recommend zero star, but there is not that. The present manager's behaviour very very bad. He is a rude and incompetant person who not co-operate sympathycally with the customers. He is not eligible to hold as a manager post so I recommend to the higher authority to replace this rude manager from this branch immediately interest of customers and Bank date 27th July 2021
