Excellent ambience!! You will get smell of past. While roaming you may that everything running before in and around Raj Bari. While traveling to ruins you must make up you mind to enjoy & contact the cord with past. If govt take over these type of ruins and handles in inovative way than only future generations will see this if not may be within few decade nothing will be there!!
Wonderful place, a valuable place of our rich heritage. Preserved well, might have been better... But much better preserved than some other heritage places of our state and county as a whole. An equally heritage Temple (not talking about Kanak Gurga Temple) within the premise of the palace is a definite place to visit. Stay calm, pay respect for the people who built it and who maintained it so far across generations till today.
Open space for roaming, best in winter. A must visited place for tourists who enjoyed ancient places.
Old raj palace of CHILKIGARH. Many part of palace was broken.But feeling of thrill at this place is amazing. Seeing the building you can feel that you are in past time.
Old fort of kings of Chilkigarh. Beautiful place to spend few hours. Beauty of old architecture can be seen. A large field in front of the palace, an old temple under a large tree, and other structures take visitors to different world.
