Urban Primary Health Centre is located 100 metres from 100 feet road and it is easily accessible. People over here doesn't come in proper timings but once they are in, they are quick enough to do their work. Recently visited couple of times for vivid checkup. We have to register and wait for the person to do the test. Test report will be shared on mobile and also let you know in 15-30 minutes of test.
Front garden , approaching road , inside the garden and surroundings are very tidy and well maintained. Designs and pictures on the wall are very good and informative. Suggestions: adding a notice board with the information of emergency contact number and working hours would be helpful. Good to take out the rusted iron box on the road side as it may create untidy maintenance or feel. I don't see any reason to say this has met my expectations. Staff is very supportive. I felt like I was going to GP in England. Good to see government hospital and staff tried to keep phc well maintained. Very much appreciated their efforts. My visit was just to have covid 19 rapid test ! Book the slot 1 day in advance to get your turn as there are more people approaching for tests. Thanks
