The condition of the only primary health center in Gogra village under Shaltora block of Bankura district is very bad. The rooms were dilapidated hospitals are open-minded way. Medical service is not very good. There is enough beds, there is no delivery facilities. The health center of the wall being built around the present. Good bathroom facilities, there is no drinking water. On dirt, full of weeds around the hospital. No cleansing is done.
