Worst service I ever had, they are not responding properly. I hate singer Guys don't buy any singer product, its better to buy a local product instead of singer. Shame on you guys who are working singer that you can't handle service part properly.

Worst service ever Have been calling the customer care since the last 6 to 8 days for a new knob as basic as that. Atleast 5 times the executive visited my place (without mask ) and couldn't resolve a simple problem. Horrible experience, highly disappointed. Never gonna recommend it to anybody
They either are not well equipped with modern technology to handle a good customer service. Or there is a deep flaw in the process of how customers service and escalation works. Hope it improves.. In high winter cold time they took more than 2 weeks now to just replace the room heater tubes, which stopped working after a week of new purchase.
