A short weekend trip can be made from Delhi, via roadways or railways. Accomodation is usually available in the weekend also, except if there's some festival or ocassion, for which you should get your rooms booked in advance via website of the temple. Food is available as well as snacks from roadside vendors is available a short walk away from the temple. Overall, is a very peaceful and calm place.

Normally almost all the time the place does have high temperature. You will feel pretty hot. However beautiful place.
