Now known as Kendriya Vidyalaya Alwar. A school for children to learn lessons of life which will prepare them to survive in the worst time of their lives. Exposure that a student grasps in Northern regions of KV'S cannot be compared with the public schools in terms of grooming, infrastructure and quality of material used in the sports and recreational facilities. But still the environment in KV'S is such which nurtures a student to become well behaved, knowledgeable, and mentally strong citizen. I being a student of both - a renowned public school of Alwar (near burja)& Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 learnt that exposure doesn't necessarily means you will get to learn human values and ethics. I got bullied in the public school prior to my willful transfer to Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Alwar and the difference I experienced between the two was like poles apart. The earlier school gave me pain and the later healed everything. My decision to change school saved me from committing suicide. Moral- Spending more on fancy schools may end up bringing up your child as a villain or a looser. Choose wisely live well. There are some things money can't buy...
