No cleanliness and hygiene was maintained during my last recent vist. Lots of waste and garbage found dumped in front of gate. Poor and careless staff. The person who has been assigned for pre registration for vaccine registration was not capable to read out name which has been registered over cowin. I have online registered for my second dose of vaccination while confirming the registration he was not capable of reading name and said the name is incorrect where as other documents (ID no and phone numbers has been matched). I told him recheck the details again in his reply he said " go and stand aside otherwise I will not allow you for vaccination and no can do anything of mine". He was doing offline registration of their know one. Poor management was there no social distancing was maintained by staff athority.
