Pathetic experience. We were forced by parking attendant to park vehicle where you want but not in hospital premises. This is what they call Valet Parking. He said there is no parking for you. Secondly we came for package inquiry but we were not attended properly and we had not been given any information. Seeing their callous attitude we changed our hospital preference.
I got my wife delivery in le famme,I really like to thank Doc Anjali for being there for us all the way. I also like to thank Shilpa kapoor for being such a good councellor and supporting person,and Rajesh from housekeeping for making and keeping our room so neat and clean for our entire duration of stay and Prakash from F &B for providing my wife wife nutritional food. Thanks le famme team.
Excellent experience. Very professional and efficient team. Dr Meenakshi Ahuja, Dr Sunita Arora and Dr Tripti are exceptionally good and extremely caring. Everyone in nursing team is extremely proactive and professional, especially Binsia Mam. From customer experience team, Shilpa Mam has been extremely helpful.
