We went here with our grandfather who had been bitten by a dog. First of all, the one who was on duty here was also sleeping and when I asked the guard where are the people, there is no staff. Then the guard introduced us to a doctor. The management here has become very dirty right now, the staff here work only in emergency cases after noon.
