This is very beautiful & peaceful place. Not everyone will like it. Best time to visit early morning around 10 am 🕙 or so,it's less crowded. I felt a very different energy here. Years & years of meditation made a big impact on this place. You need to feel it. I went there in late October 2021. You would enjoy this place if it's bit sunny. They have QR scanner for entry tickets so no need to carry cash. The ticket money directly goes to The Archaeological Survey of India. Take care
If you're interested in Buddhist locations, this place is a must must must! Exotic excavations of many Buddhist stuff here. ASI needs to maintain it properly as many things are just laying like that. It needs to be protected. It's our treasure. Beautiful lawns with hilly terrain. Winter is the right time to visit. The entrance road is very clumsy and often gets packed with traffic.
This is the best place for Buddhist. One of the best place to visit with your friends and family. There are lots of budhha statues are there and lots of caves also there.
Became amazed that how skilled they were in thousand years back. Much to be learn. A great Buddhist site which the local bodies never know that the way they are looks after. They aren't take care at all.
