Sani monastery is one the most beautiful place I ever visited in padum it's approx 10km away from the main village of padum it is quite tricky to find the village but the locals are very helpful and kind we didn't went to see the sani monastery we just saw the sani lake and the main statue of Padmasambhava was really beautiful.
A very scenic landscape, out of the world experience ! Had the whole Sani lake for ourselves. A must visit place in Zanskar valley.
