I think its a best lodge near jagannath temple. Its check out time is also 10am of next day. Lift is also available there and very reasonable price as compare to other hotels near temple
A simple place which provides basic accomodation. Has a lift as well. Rooms are clean and offer what they say. Hot water is provided outside the room. Best part is proximity from and the view of the temple. Ask for a room on the third floor where there is a nice terrace available and where u can relax a bit. You can even see the flag changing ceremony from the terrace.
