ଏହା ସହରର ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥଳରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ । ରଥାକୃତିରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ପାଞ୍ଚଟି ମନ୍ଦିରର ଗର୍ଭଗୃହରେ ଶିବ, ପାର୍ବତୀ, ଗଣେଶ, କାର୍ତ୍ତିକେୟ ଓ ବୃଷଭଙ୍କ ବିଗ୍ରହ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ହୋଇ ପୂଜା ପାଉଛନ୍ତି । କିମ୍ବଦନ୍ତୀ ମତେ ଯୁବରାଜ ସୋମଭୂଷଣଙ୍କ ଅକାଳ ବିୟୋଗରେ ମର୍ମାହତ ହୋଇ ରାଜା ବୀରମିତୋଜୟ ସିଂହଦେବ ତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ମୃତି ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।
A very ancient and beautiful temple at the heart of the Sonepur town. The unique temple architecture as it has Five faces and seems on a chariot. That's the reason, it's called the Panchratha Temple.
