Worst customer service...BM or any staff has no courtesy to attend the customers...they make senior citizens to wait hours to just answer a query
Customers are high in number. Bank premises are always crowd. Internally bank area was partitioned with glasses. Ventilation is too poor. Customers suffer with suffocation. Bank maintains single cash counter. If they maintain seperate counters for payments and receipts during peek hours that will be more convenient to customers. Majority farmers in and around KAMAVARAPUKOTA follow this bank.
