I would have given minus star if possible.. No co-operation, lack of management.. False commitments, Feeling like closing the account in this bank due to the staff of Pen branch.. No one is bothered for customer’s Concerns.. I dont know whether the concern person from the top management will read this and consider my problems..
Worst branch ever they took 2 weeks to update 1 number till its not updated what If customer stuck somewhere they will wait till he or she die
