Dto office koderma
I applied online and submitted myself all the documents and given the LL test by own on 21 March 2020. People working there were staring me as if they shown the Kutubminar in Koderma. The brokers standing outside told me that this office will never issue you the license because you did not take the help of any middlemen. True to their words I am still waiting for the Learners license on 28th August, 2020. Whenever I enquire the RTO people ask me the name of middleman and I reply it was me oneself the employee drop the phone saying sorry, no work of license is betion done in this Lockdown.
Good and cooperative staff
Service was good
Though it is good but without agent no work can be done here..
