One of the worst weirdest universities in the world. On the one hand, they have great laboratories and amazing teachers. They also keep getting wonderful ranking in India and abroad. However, their staff is incredibly inefficient and indeed overworked, which make them sound rude and backward when approached. As a private institute, they are motivated by money, lots of it. However, they also play by the book and retain a high academic standard. I with they would utilize the Internet more and streamline their inefficient systems. They could benefit a lot from a well educated customer care service for the fresh and old students.
