A very good Hotel. Excellent staff with friendly attitude. Variety of delicious food. Was warm comfortable stay despite sub zero temperature outside. Central heating system was good. Located middle of market. Easy to approach. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
The hotel is excellent. Food is super delicious and very friendly staff. Raju Nair, Chef is too good ... very friendly and nice to talk to .. he will guide you properly with all your needs. I strongly recommend stay at this hotel.
Hotel is centrally located. Staff is fluent in English and Hindi and very helpful. breakfast and dinner buffets were sumptuous and delicious. Special mention has to be made of the chef Mr Raj Nair who was always present to cater to every need with his friendly demeanour and smile. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and bathrooms a real delight after a long drive. We four couples in our late fifties had a wonderful stay a week ago and would strongly recommend everyone for a stay here.
The Good: * The room itself was good. Comfortable and clean with good amenities. * The location is very close to the market and is easy to find. The Bad: * The food....Quite frankly, the food was horrible. I visited during the end of the season and maybe the usual chef wasn't there but whatever we were served was just bad. * No driver accommodation.
A true Jewel. Nice clean rooms , very well trained staff, excellent service and the food was really good. A place where one an safely take a break for a couple of days. There's quite a bit to explore around Kargil. The bathrooms were clean and well kept - but could be upgraded to a brighter , happier colour.
