Worst bank for any service. Always clerks used to say no network as it is especially BSNL network. Andhra Bank (Union bank of India) need to look into this network issues as many people are suffering for this by standing hours in 'Q'. Private banks like HDFC and ICICI bank will never face these network issues but only Government banks will face these issues all the time. To withdraw amount (usually takes 1 day) : To get withdraw form - 15 mins (not freely available outside desk) To give withdrawal form to clerk - 30 mins Processing withdrawal form - 15 mins To get the amount after receiving token - minimum 1 hr (if the number of persons in Q is only 2 persons) All this happen if there is proper network if no network customer has to wait till network resumes back Employees from this bank works like Tortoise Finally the entire process will take 1 day i.e., 10 am to 4 pm (even might be postponed to next day)
