In the 70s it used to be a dispensary with 2-3 doctors posted there. Now it has become a full fledged hospital with its own OT and Covid control center. They even have a nursing training institute in it, I believe, now. The medicine shop is well stocked but unfortunately it's not open 24 hrs as it should be.
