Worst ever service...before tests they will welcome you after you have paid for the test and in case you need any help..then they don't know you...shame on the staff..
It is an OPD facilitation , some Doctors come here for OPD. They also do certain types of blood test screening test and some other kinds of tests
1.Me and my family is having all the investigations from this centre from last 10 years. They have many doctors (4-5 I guess) Two Sharma doctors ( may be they are brothers, one is Dr Akshay other I don't remember) are there who are really nice and take efforts to understand patients problem and even explain the disease. 2. Long queues is a big problem, I have waited even for 3 hours once. Sometimes you have to wait outside as there is not much waiting space inside.
They expect covid patient to come and collect reports but won't send you the reports over email and whatsapp
Worst service , not recommending , even doesn't deserve 1 star. Staf is also not cooperative , wastage of money , Go for other good labs in Jammu.
