Today I travel from roorkee to gurkul narsan. Conductor pass a comment that we don't allow local passengers & in future don't take a ride in dehli route bus. Is this bus private property or public transport not understand ? Very baddd experience with this journey. Need to improve & understand that it's public transport not a private bus. Travelling on Volvo from Dehradun to Delhi which leaves at 13 .00 from Dehradun isbt.conducter refuses paytm.google pay phone pay.stops Volvo on Roorkee bustand allows local vendors selling bhel and chana .none r santised .also having cleaner staff unauthorised person.who oders and misbehave s with passenger .very poor and pathetic experience .no difference in local bus and Volvo when r price but no facilities .no water bottle and misbehavior of staff
