Earlier I have visited DGVCL Rander/Adajan/Pal Office for making payment of electricity bills. Since installation of 4 kv roof top panels, electricity bills showing minus. As on date there is a sufficient minus amount and therefore I contacted them for any remedial benefits on the earnings. Necessary documents sought for have been submitted to them for doing needful action at their end. I got nice response from their office to whom I met. I have also observed that their other staff members are dealing nicely with the clients, though clients presentation was with anger. During my through out visit to above office, I have a good experience of hospitality.
