Hospital management is very poor. Patients are clueless about the timings to visit doctor. we were informed to be there in hospital at 8.00 am, but there were few house keeping workers and 2 securities handling all management and queries what ever you ask their answer will be “doctors and receptionist will come within 15 minutes.” Patients were informed to wait outside hospital “not even in lobby”, finally around 9.45 am all reception staffs arrived. Patients name will be read out like school attendance (if you have already booked tokens )and then you will be allowed inside hospital. There is no proper token system followed and the slots to visit doctor. Once you enter the hospital you will be asked to stand in queue (there were around 12 pregnant women standing )to receive proper token for consulting doctor.once paying the consultation fee you will be asked to wait till the doctor arrives.
Very good Hospital! Dr. Kavita is one of the best known Gynecologist. My wife delivered our first baby here! Reasonable cost and no nonsense treatment. The Dr. and the team are very active and strive for normal delivery. The pediatrician Dr. Vivekanandan were also very good in examining the new born and suggesting nursing methods. I would highly recommend this hospital who wish to go for a smooth delivery experience. Only thing you would need is patience as the number of patients here are very high.
Highly un organized management. It doesn't matter doctors are good, but the way patients are received also plays a vital role in hospitality.. Arrogant behaviour of staff due to poor process of reception.
Doctors are good and there is no rules followed and no car parking If you want to visit hospital in car bring driver along with you Very worst security persons
