Best time visit as per Govt driver is in the evening or last trip to waterfalls. This is due to chance of getting to see animals during the ride. The waterfall is worth watching and enjoy in water. Only issue is the road condition from pick up point to waterfalls which is very bad and only the jeeps can commute.
It is really worth to visit the Hebbe Waterfalls, But becare fully with leeches in the water. Only cash is allowed no digital money, per passenger (5+ years ) 500 rs. Own vehicles are not allowed. Carry some snacks with you 😋, after came back you definitely feel hungry. Enjoy your trip.
Beautiful and the best water falls to visit in chikmangalore.. it’s a drive of 15km from the entry in jeep, charges of jeep will be 400/- per person.. once they drop in location they will give you 60-70 min to come back to drop location, from drop location there is walk about 10min towards waterfall, it feels like you’re in heaven.. amazing experience
It was just amazing to visit Hebbe falls. At the time we had went to the falls, the water force was really huge. It was worth the view. It was just mesmerizing to see the waterfall. We could not take our own vehicle to the falls. We had to travel by jeep paying 500 Rs per head, but it was worth the money. The ride was really exciting and the jeep driver was very friendly. Hebbe was literally fabulous. It's must visit place at Chikmagalur!!
Among the most beautiful waterfall I have seen. A jeep needs to be hired as it takes around 1 hr of off-road drive. Own vehicles are not allowed
