Very beautiful place to visit with family, it is a fairly easy trek, you can slowly complete it if you start it early in the morning. There is abundance of snow in winters at the top and at the peak of winters you can see snow at the start too. A very good trekking path is made with few spots to rest and break. The view all along the way is very beautiful.
This is the highest Shiva temple in the world. This place is very close to my heart. I have been there twice already but would want to go here every year. This place has really good vibes when you travel from the plain area. I would highly recommend to try this and share your experience with the others
Did the Trek to Tungnath today itself. The sunrise experience was awesome. The view of snow-covered mountains shining with the sun rays was really amazing. The untouched snow whiter than milk throughout the trek was Mesmerizing!!! Just don't forget to carry eatables, you'll get very hungry after the trek.
It's a surreal experience to be able to visit this place in any weather. I've personally visited it thrice, in monsoon, autumn & winters, and it has been magical every time. The views are breath-taking. A little crowded now, but still a place that should be visited.
Amazing experience. Views are out of the world. These locations made Uttarakhand a heaven of landscapes. It is a must visit place. If you go im December And January you will find snow which adds extra ordinary beauty to this place. Carry water and snacks with you when you are trekking. Water is must for there.
