Good, in the sense that constant efforts are being put in order to upgrade the centre in these recent years. Vaccination program is also quite successful here. But, it would be better if some more facilities are given.

I THINK LOCATION IS NOW CHANGE..
The government Primary Health Center at Bashikohong is maintained properly as compared to others Primary Health center in the state. However, there are a lot of this that's need to be upgraded and the government has to take a look into this. I wish the other Primary Health Center are as good as this one.
