NU has provided us excellent service. It was amazing comfortable from the moment we entered the hospital with the support they have provided. Especially would like to note the assistant we received from Ms Chethana in every possible way. Highly recommended.
NU hospital has provided us the excellent service. It was amazing comfortable from the moment we entered the hospital with the support they have provided. Would like to appreciate the work of Ms. Chethana ma’am (International Patient Coordinator) who never fails to provide the fastest service needed for the patient. Also the doctors who explains each and every thing to the patient before the treatments and afterwards. Also for the doctors checking on the situation of the patient very closely. Thank you doctors and all the staffs in the NU hospital. Overall, everyone there is very friendly and kind. Highly recommended.
Excellent care and treatment! And the services here are amazing. The doctors, the nurses and every single staff at NU Hospitals were committed to what they are doing. As a patient, I felt home being at NU Hospital. Madam Chethana's kindness and attentiveness to any query is really appreciated, that made everything easy for us. The nurses were super friendly and they will never leave your side if you need attention at anytime while you are admitted. I was well informed by the doctors, of everything that was done and was well adviced on how I should keep my routines in the future. Even though I was terrified being in surgery, I had my trust in doctors as they are confident and are qualified. I'm really satisfied that I chose NU Hospital for my medical treatment.
