Customer service nos. are not responding and working all the time. If they to do like this then what is the benefits of customer service executives. Unhappy with their service..
The reception DO NOT receive CALLs. I sent few messages but received no replies either. During this pandemic times I believe it is necessary we avoid visits and communicate over the phone. If the hospital fails to understand the SOPs then there is nothing more to add. I do not recommended this hospital at all.
