This place needs a big makeover. It needs to start with the basics right. Just like how we need to have rugged and reliable, waterproof shoes before thinking about the socks! There is no proper shelter for those waiting for buses nearby and this office needs to do that by providing ample shelter to the public. Next, the services need a big push: They need to support digital services, like generating voter id cards based on the confirmation message, aadhaar cards, ration cards, etc., all using paperless forms, just like mobile etickets of railways.
