In my 70yrs of experience,many with hospitals ,going to Parkmed was one of the finest experience I had,right from attending phine enquiry, front desk staff very polite the reception leaving everything and helping me,Nursing staff going out of the way to administer the dose Unbelievablely wonderful
I went in as I had burning sensation over my body, I was given so many injection and IV due to which I'm now having fever and cold which is not leaving me, I was told to pay and the medicine list would be sent out but no email until today. I'm not sure what medicine I'm supposed to take. This is ridiculous...3k for nothing...I'm trying to get in touch with them no one picks up the phone.
Noone wud even answer the calls.
Visited the hospital for Covid Vaccination. Staff hospitality at its best. Right from entering the hospital, through out the time we got information, support from the staff. They reached us even before reaching the reception. Filled up the form behalf of me. Billed the amount (250/- per dose, no extra charges were collected), also received the bill. Nurse was also courteous while talking to us. After vaccination, were in observation for 20 min without which they are not allowing to leave. This shows their commitment towards ones health and safety. Hospital is also very neat and clean. Overall had a very good experience. Not sure about any other services provided here.
